Kerri Rivera gives her first presentation on chlorine dioxide at AutismOne, now entitled "40 Children Recovered in 21 Months". This was the first major English-language event promoting bleach enema rape as a cure for childhood autism. Rivera's bio on the AutismOne website describes her as "Mexican liason for AustismOne and ARI, Rescue Angel, bilingual mentor for TACA, and member of the Global Autism Alliance.	TACA stands for "The Autism Community in Action.". Dan Rossignol (covered below) is also a member. The keynote speakers were CHD luminaries Andrew Wakefield and the antivax influencer Jenny McCarthy.

By 2015 the AutismOne organizers would have been well aware that Kerri Rivera's treatment involved child molestation. Despite this, Rivera and Robin Goffe (one of Kerri's disciples), spoke at AutismOne. Goffe's account of the brutal molestation of her son was included in Kerri Rivera's 2014 book as an example for parents to follow. Bleacher Kent Heckenlively was also in the speakers list. This time, Rivera's presentation was monitored by law enforcement. She was served a subpoena and agreed to stop promoting chlorine dioxide in Illinois.	Dr. Brian Hooker (future science officer at Children's Health Defense) joins a panel discussion following the Saturday keynote. Among the speakers were future CHD regulars Zen Honeycutt, Judy Mikovits, and Stephanie Seneff (a future bleacher). Dan Rossignol - a suspected child molestation accomplice and one of RFK's appointees - was also a speaker.
2016

Robin Goffe was invited back, this time to give a talk entitled "Older Children with Aggression, SIBS, Violence and Destruction: A historical journey to an Herbal Answer". In reality her son had become violent and destructive AFTER Kerri Rivera directed his mother to start molesting him.	Once more, future CHD regulars Stephanie Seneff, Zen Honeycutt, Judy Mikovits, and Brian Hooker spoke.

One of Andreas Kalcker's books, "Forbidden Health", was copyrighted in 2018. Kalcker includes a disclaimer that he and his employees, editors, and agents are not liable for the injuries that will occur if you attempt to follow the instructions in his book.
2020
April 19, 2020 "Archbishop" Mark Grenon of the "Genesis II Church" announces that he's sent a letter to President Trump urging him to look into bleach as a Covid-19 cure.	April 23, 2020 Trump, in a coronavirus briefing, says, "And then I see the disinfectant, where it knocks it out in a minute. One minute! And is there a way we can do something like that, by injection inside or almost a cleaning. Because you see it gets in the lungs and it does a tremendous number on the lungs. So it would be interesting to check that. So, that, you’re going to have to use medical doctors with. But it sounds interesting to me.". To be clear, this is brainstorming. It's not clear whether Trump is even talking about chlorine dioxide, and it's also clear that he's suggesting it as something for the doctors to look into rather than saying he's looked into it himself. It's unfair how much backlash Trump got for it, though it's understandable given how vile the bleach abuse network is.
October 11, 2020 A two year old boy is hospitalized due to the cumulative effects of long-term bleach enema abuse. Kerri Rivera personally directed the boy's molestation. Rivera is a US citizen, believed to be residing outside the US. The US has extraterritorial jurisdiction in child sexual abuse cases - that is, Rivera can be charged for the rape even if both she and her victim were outside the US at the time of her crimes.
	Late 2020 RFK makes a six figure payout to silence a Children's Health Defense employee who accused him of sexual misconduct. As the payout is in the "high six figures" but CHD's official filings show $345,561 in compensation, it is very likely that the payout came from the NGO's funds and was not reported as compensation.
2022
November 7, 2022 Brighteon posts a three hour video conference on autism, hosted by Kerri Rivera. The first presentaton is Dr Stephanie Seneff, who blames Roundup for autism and promotes chlorine dioxide (starting around ~17:54 in the video.) Judy Mikovitz was also a guest in Rivera's show.	November 12, 2022 CHD has Judy Mikovitz on as a guest.
(REDACTED, 2022) At a Children's Health Defense event, one of Kerri Rivera's disciples confesses to sodomizing their child with chlorine dioxide bleach. We have redacted the details to protect ongoing investigations. The bleacher not only confessed to historic child molestation, but they also indicated that they were continuing the molestation.	CHD staff did not remove her from the event or report the molestation to law enforcement. Not only that, but no attendees at the event criticised the bleacher in any way. It appears that NO attendee took any form of action, because that particular bleacher became a regular at CHD events for years.

A bleacher at a CHD event brags about having told Polly Tommey about the child they were molesting, and about having met Dr. Brian Hooker, the chief science officer at Children's Health Defense.	It is unclear when the bleacher met these people, so we don't know if the abuse had started yet. Certainly it would not have made sense to tell Polly Tommey about the "vaccine injured" child and not mention the "treatments" tried.

September 19, 2023 RFK's Presidential campaign receives $5000 from bleach abuse recruiter Michelle Herman.
December 31, 2023 Bleach abuse recruiter Michelle Herman donated $1030 to RFK Jr's Presidential campaign, putting her total at $6030.	In 2023, Children's Health Defense paid RFK $326,056. CHD Chief Science Officer Brian Hooker received $142,208.
2024
The bleacher from 2022 continued to attend Children's Health Defense events unimpeded and unreported. They also continued to openly admit to bleach abuse.
April 23, 2024 Bleach abuse recruiter Michelle Herman donates $1030 and $469 to RFK Jr.'s campaign, bringing her total to $7529. The legal limit was $6600. Herman's business partner and accomplice Valerie Alliger-Bograd donated $1500.	The Kennedy campaign refunded the $1030 donation, bringing Herman back down to a legally-allowed $6499.
September 6, 2024 CHD runs a 110-minute advertisement for chlorine dioxide. Bernadette Pajer and Lisa Templeton are the CHD hosts. Frontier/Snoot executives Valerie Alliger and Michelle Herman are guests. CHD staff are well aware that their audience is deeply interested in finding a cure for autism, and so at high risk of falling for fraudulent autism treatments.
	October 27, 2024 The New York Times reports that Trump is considering using private firms instead of the FBI for background checks on appointees.
November 11, 2024 Michelle Herman's "Snoot Spray" X account publicly contacts a father attempting to procure a new victim for Kerri Rivera.
	November 14, 2024 President-Elect Donald Trump announced that he intends to nominate RFK Jr. as Secretary of Health and Human Services. CNN reports that Trump is bypassing FBI background checks for at least some Cabinet positions.
	CHD paid CEO Mary S. Holland $238,662, CSO Brian Hooker $158,986. They also paid $512,682 to "Tommey Burrowes Productions LLP", Polly Tommey's company.
2025
Pierre Kory, author of "The War on Chlorine Dioxide", claims that, prior to the confirmation hearing, RFK called him up because he was afraid Congress would grill him on chlorine dioxide.	January 29, 2025 The first day of RFK Jr.'s Senate confirmation hearings. RFK explicitly stated that Trump looked into chlorine dioxide.

A bleacher at a CHD event disclosed that their doctor was Dan Rossignol, MD, FAAFP. Given the bleacher's belief that sexual molestation was an important part of their victim's treatment, it is almost certain that Dan Rossignol had been informed of historic and possibly ongoing sexual molestation.	Dr. Dan Rossignol does not appear to have reported the molestation to the authorities, despite state law mandating he do so.
January 30, 2025 Wired reports that Andreas Kalcker will be among the influencers invited to the Charlie Ward Golf event at the Trump Doral.
	February 13, 2025 The Senate voted 52-48 to confirm RFK Jr. as Secretary of Health and Human Services.
April-May 2025 Andreas Kalcker comes to the US to speak at the Charlie Ward Golf event - held at the Trump Doral resort. Reportedly, Kalcker's "research partner" Kerri Rivera was there, along with convicted bleach vendor Mark Grenon, Rivera's accomplice Michelle Herman, and chlorine dioxide influencer David Oates were also present.	Kalcker is not an American, yet ICE allowed him to enter the country to promote the molestation of American children. Rivera is also believed to reside outside the US; if so, that means that ICE allowed her to enter despite her personally directing the molestation of numerous children both inside and outside the US. Mainstream media coverage of the event had warned that Kalcker would be present three months before the event, but ICE and Trump Doral staff did not intervene.
	July 14, 2025 Polly Tommey, director of CHD.tv, testifies before the Senate at the invitation of Senator Ron Johnson.
In March, Michelle Herman (CEO, Snoot! Spray) had said "RFK has to rescind that FDA warning against chlorine dioxide," in a Rumble livestream. Kalcker reportedly also posted on Facebook in April or May requesting the page be removed.	December 18, 2025 The last recorded capture before the FDA removed a page (archived) warning against fraudulent autism treatments, including chlorine dioxide.
2026
January 17, 2026 Antivax crank Ginger Taylor posts a list of demands, including research into using chlorine dioxide to treat autism. March 26, 2026 Guru Johnathan Otto launches a series called "Beyond the Diagnosis". CHD regulars Tracy Slepcevic and Mary S. Holland (CHD's CEO) appear alongside bleachers Andreas Kalcker, Michelle Herman, and Valerie Alliger-Bograd.	January 28, 2026 RFK appoints 21 members to the Interagency Autism Coordinating Committee. Among Kennedy's appointees are Ginger Taylor, Tracy Slepcevic, and Dan Rossignol. The same Dan Rossignol who almost certainly concealed a bleacher's child molestation.

It's unclear how strong the links between the chlorine dioxide abuse ring and the Children's Health Defense network are. What is clear, however, is that if Children's Health Defense had acted against the bleacher they encountered in 2022, their victim would have been rescured then. In fact, AT ANY POINT IN THREE YEARS, CHD staff acting would have saved an innocent autist from a rapist. At best, RFK's NGO was criminally negligent in a manner that allowed one of his supporters to molest an underage girl, and this negligence continued for YEARS. And that NGO paid RFK over two million dollars.

Complicity in the active sexual torture of a teen autist is, on its own, enough reason to impeach RFK.

In addition, Congress and law enforcement need to open a serious investigation into the bleach abuse ring, Children's Health Defense, and why they got away with it for so long.

Any competent background check on RFK should have led to the bleacher's victim being rescued in February 2025 at the latest. We need to know who did the background check on RFK, and why they didn't rescue the kid.

This level of incompetence demonstrates one other, much harder, thing that Congress must do. One of the President's most important duties is to nominate good and competent people to head departments. Whether through incompetence, neglicence, or malice, Trump went through with RFK's appointment. After RFK's nomination, Trump's support has not wavered - not even when RFK implied that Trump himself knew toddlers were being raped with chlorine dioxide and did nothing. Donald Trump must be impeached, and there must be a complete freeze on confirmation of Trump nominees to all positions until they have been thoroughly vetted.
