Abusers: Safrax, Inc.

Safrax, Incorporated, is a Delaware corporation which sells chlorine dioxide tablets, ostensibly for water purification, cleaning, and fumigation. They also have an EU branch, Safrax SAS, in France.

The owner of Safrax is Steve Jean-Paul Dan, a convicted scammer. Dan was ordered to pay the man he scammed HK$33,232.14 (USD $4249), plus securities totalling HK$8,018,072.24 (USD $1,025,328), plus 45.08883459 bitcoin, plus interest.

Safrax provides instructions for using their products to produce chlorine dioxide solution, as well as distributing Andreas Kalcker's book which instructs customers to use the bleach solution in the enema abuse of children.

Andreas Kalcker's book, endorsed by Safrax, clarifies that the chlorine dioxide enema abuse is supposed to be daily, repeats Kerri Rivera's fraudulent claims of curing autism (Now with over 300 children penetrated at Rivera's direction) and even advises parents to contact Rivera.

To be clear, Safrax is not merely posting Kalcker's book on their site to bring in traffic. Their Youtube account specifically recommends using it in Kalcker's protocols and refers people curious about what it's for to read Kalcker's book. They are recruiting.

In 2023, a preacher named Joe Salant took up a role as the US representative for Safrax. On the phone, Salant said they weren't allowed to recommend using chlorine dioxide on autistic children - but also said "the protocols in the Andreas Kalcker book [which] we have on our website… it’s commonly used for that."

Safrax been banned from shipping to California as of December 2024, and banned from selling their products in the US as of August 2025. In spite of this, the US and specifically California are available as shipping addresses in their online cart. This screenshot was taken after trying to place an order; the missing email, name, and street address are highlighted as errors but the illegal shipping address is accepted. Further, Facebook users report that they have received Safrax orders in California as recently as February 2026.

The prices of their retail products all end in .88. This is an odd choice, possibly an appeal to Chinese tradition (8 is considered lucky in Chinese culture) or an appeal to Nazism (Since H is the 8th letter of the alphabet, neo-Nazis use 88 as code for 'Heil Hitler')

In his fraud case, Dan claimed to have been the owner of Transcom Ltd CA, a Panama corporation.
