In 2014, one of the parents duped by Kerri reported the results of Kerri's experiments on her son, John (name changed to protect his privacy). Robin Goffe, also known as the "worm whisperer", was personally instructed by Kerri. The abuse had lasted a year when Robin's account was published.
A week after the bleach abuse started, John showed a runny nose and fatigue. These were presented as good signs. White hairy objects in his stools were the next symptom, followed by a variety of 4-6 inch (10-18cm) objects in his stools. John's aggression and rage led to destructive tantrums, to the point that Robin and her accomplices (she recruited her husband and John's siblings to assist in the molestation) say they stopped valuing material posessions. Kerri instructed Robin to double-dose John as punishment for the aggression, under the pretense that parasites were responsible. Bleach poisoning weakened John, reducing his ability to fight back against his molestors.
The bleach abuse caused other side effects (or Herxheimer reactions, as Kerri calls them). Some of them have cutesy names.
Peetox. It turns out that bleach makes you pee yourself, John spent two months in diapers as a result. (This is shorter than for some other victims of Kerri's treatment).
Sleepytox. Bleach poisoning makes you lethargic. John, for example, slept almost the entire summer at the beginning of the abuse cycle. After that, Robin would give him an elevated dose to keep him sleepy on weekends and typically create a "nice fat rope worm" (shed intestinal lining, which she would photograph and save). To quote her, "Sleepytox is great because you can get a lot done on your home "to do" list.".
The autistic behaviors that Robin was trying to fix got worse, and new behaviors showed up. Finger chewing, nail biting, spitting. "Playing with feces, touching their anus to their mouth, trying to put their fingers into your mouth or another person.". This was framed in the passive voice as effects that "may" occur, but Robin only had one test subject - the boy she was molesting regularly. The anal/fecal fixation was a natural outgrowth of daily sodomy and your mother carefully inspecting your poop.
We're back to the cutesy names with POWS (Pissed Off Worm Syndrome). According to Kerri, when your child seems weepy, paces, or is unhappy... it's probably not because you putting bleach up his ass makes him feel bad. It's because the worms are mad about the bleach. So you should force twice as much bleach in.
It also caused severe weight loss, to the point where people who hadn't seen John in a while would be worried when they saw him.
John had trouble sleeping, and would wake in the night screaming Robin's name. Sometimes he would sleepwalk (although the fact that he kept "sleepwalking" out the front door makes it pretty clear that he was trying to escape from hell)
John also experienced autistic regression as a result of the bleach treatment. (Kerri calls this a "healing regression" and assures parents not to worry).
And, after the natural aggressive response towards his molestors wore off, it evolved into what Robin calls a "stoned-out loss of reality and presence". Kerri, sadistically, recommends doubling the dose of bleach in response.
You may notice that we said "the abuse had lasted a year at the time". This account isn't from a news story published after Robin broke out of Kerri's spell; this account is from Kerri Rivera's own book, where it's presented as an inspiring example of determination.
According to Robin's subsequent posts, the abuse under Kerri's direction lasted four years. During that time John experienced another autistic regression, and was still autistic in 2025.
